A Dip Brazing powder that you mix at your location. This is typically used for brush and squeeze bottle applications. Start by using 3 parts distilled water to 7 parts 8812FB powder and adjust from there to get desired viscosity.

We offer both a powdered form that you mix with H2O and a premix with a binder vehicle for suspension purposes. These mixtures of paste and powders will braze many aluminum alloys. We can also customize the viscosity of the product to fit your application, be it, dispensing from a cartridge or syringe, brushing on, or spreading with a spatula.

Pro-Braze 8812 products meet all AWS A5.8 specifications along with Aloca and the Aluminum Association specifications.

PRO-BRAZE 8812 is a mixture of aluminum/silicon filler and metallic salts used in dip brazing for joining a wide variety of aluminum alloys with simple or complex shapes and assemblies at low cost, high production rates.
